Position Overview:
Southeast Soccer Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fundraising Coordinator. This vital role will play a key part in the club's efforts to secure funds for investment in facilities, equipment, and programs that contribute to the growth and development of our soccer community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Fundraising Initiatives:
- Create and execute creative and effective fundraising campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the club's leadership to align fundraising strategies with the organization's goals and priorities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and community members to garner support for fundraising activities.
- Represent the club at community events to raise awareness and support.
- Grant Writing and Research:
- Identify and research potential grant opportunities to secure additional funding.
- Prepare grant proposals and applications, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines.
- Coordinate Volunteer Efforts:
- Recruit and manage volunteers to assist with fundraising events and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to volunteers to ensure successful execution of fundraising activities.
- Promote Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Develop and present sponsorship packages to local businesses and organizations.
- Maintain relationships with sponsors and recognize their contributions to the club.
- Passion for youth development through sports, particularly soccer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience in fundraising, event planning, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate for the Fundraising Coordinator position will receive a percentage discount on their annual registration fee for each successful fundraising campaign or event.
$500-$5,000 – 25% discount on annual registration fee
$5,001-$17,500 – 50% discount on annual registration fee
$17,501-$30,000 – 75% discount on annual registration fee
$30,000+ - 100% discount on annual registration fee
